Task
Implementing the development of the educational administration of multistrata and multi kinds.

Function

  1. Developing the system of educational management of multistrata and multi kinds;
  2. Managing the registration of new students, the student data collection, the preparation of study plan, the evaluation of study development and the graduation of the students;
  3. Preparing the academic plans covering: the multistrata educational calendar, the need of academic facilities and infrastructures, as well as the preparation of integrated schedule of lectures, practicums, and exams;
  4. Implementing the coordination of the integrated use of academic facilities and infrastructures in the
  5. educational activities;
  6. Implementing the monitoring, the evaluating as well as the reporting of the implementation of educational program periodically;
  7. Implementing the coordination of the implementation of graduation and public hearings of the university;
  8. Implementing  the coordination of the academic administration services for non-regular students; and
  9. Implementing the coordination of the admission of the new students of multistrata and multi kinds.

Sub Directorate for Registration and Educational Information carries out the strategic task:

In developing the educational administration of multistrata and multi kinds in the registration of the students, the management of the academic data of the students, the development of academic information system, and the preparation of the educational statistics.

Sub Directorate for Registration and Educational Information carries out the function:

  1. Implementing the educational administration of multistrata and multi kinds in the registration of the students, the management of the academic data of the students;
  2. Implementing the filling, the management, and the updating the academic data of the students;
  3. Developing and managing the multistrata academic information system;
  4. Issuing the educational statistics; and
  5. Providing and serving the educational information/data to the working units, the outside parties, and the students.

Sub Directorate for Educational Planning carries out the task:

Developing the administration in preparing the activity plan and the educational calendar of multistrata and multi kinds, coordinating the integrated use of educational facilities and infrastructures for increasing the efficiency and effectivity of the use of resources as well as the smoothness and the effectiveness of lectures and exams; preparing the schedules of integrated lecture and practicum activities.

Sub Directorate for Educational Planning carries out the function:

  1. Preparing the plan of the educational activities, covering: the educational calendar, the need coordination, the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructures, as well as the preparation of the integrated schedule of lectures and exams;
  2. Serving the information of integrated schedule to the working units ad the students;  the educational infrastructures, as well as the preparation of integrated schedule of lectures, practicum, and exam;
  3. Implementing  the coordinationl of the preparation and the revision of the academic guide book of the educational programn;
  4. Implementing the increase of efficiency and effectiveness of educational resources; and
  5. Serving the administration of lectures.

Sub Directorate for Educational Evaluation carries out the task:

The education evaluation of multistrata and multi kinds in carrying out the administration of study progress of the students covering filling, organizing of the evaluation of the study progress of the students, and managing the database of the value of study result, issuing the transcripts, diplomas, and documents of other educational evaluation results as well as managing the organization of public hearings of IPB;

Sub Directorate for Educational Evaluation carries out the function:

  1. Implementing the monitoring, the evaluation, and the reporting periodically, the implementation of educational administration of the students;
  2. Managing the value data of the students;
  3. Issuing the transcripts and the diplomas of the students;
  4. Implementing the study evaluation of students and the coordination of the issuance of SK of the status of continuing studies of the students;
  5. Implementing the information of educational evaluation results to other working units; and
  6. Implementing the public hearings of IPB, especially the graduation and the scientific oration of professor.
