Main Task
The Office of Legal Services carries out the task to provide the legal services to the institute in preparing, composing and assessing the legal products and assistance in law conduct and handling legal problems involving the institute.
Functions
-
Preparing concepts for constructing internal legal products.

To study the external legal product related to institute need.

Giving inputs and judgment in the process of drawing up internal legal products, their relationship with outside institutes and the impact of external legal products to the institute.

Assisting leaders of the institute in legal conduct and handling of legal problems involving the institute.

Managing archives and documents, both from internal and external legal sources, relating to the institute.

Receiving inputs, information on law and legal opinion both in the process of producing the institute’s internal legal products, legal products in its relation external to the institution nor its implication of the release of the external legal products towards the interests of the institutions.

Analyzing and offering inputs and opinions within the process of institutions organizational restructuring according to ipb’s –bhmn necessities.

Compiling archives and documents both internal and external legal products in relation to the institution on the result of organization restructing.
