Family and Consumer Sciences
The basic sciences required to understand the field of family and consumer studies include: psychology, sociology, communication, management and economics.
Developing science and technology in the field of family and consumers to realize family welfare with a focus on developing the quality of children and empowering families and consumers.
The graduates produced have:
(1) the ability to apply family theory, child development, consumer behavior and social marketing to design and manage programs to improve family resilience, child quality and consumer empowerment,
(2) develop family empowerment programs and conduct research in the fields of family science, child development and consumer science.
- Family and consumer empowerment expert in various government agencies, CSR national and multinational companies engaged in family development, child quality and consumer empowerment.
- Consultants in the field of family, children and consumers in government agencies, family and marriage counseling institutions, consumer protection institutions and early childhood education institutions
- Research assistant in the field of family, children and consumer sciences at government or private research institutions engaged in research
- Manager of programs to improve family resilience, child quality or consumer empowerment in central, provincial and district / city government agencies, CSR national and multinational companies, national or international institutions engaged in family, children or consumers
- Manager of early childhood education programs in government or private institutions engaged in early childhood education
