Duties and Responsibilities
- Organising and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings for effective meetings;
- Drafting official Rector’s communications and issuing writing reports of IPB;
- Setting Protocol and Community Relations of the Executive Boards;
- Overall in-charge of agenda setting for effective flow of meeting for the University Executive Boards, and facilitates communications to/from different stakeholders, namely: 1). IPB Board of Trustees; 2). Academic Senate; 3). Academic Senate; 4). Government Agencies; and 5). General Public
- Issuing the Summary of Decisions of the Executive Boards of IPB; following up on actions from meetings
- Dealing with University’ correspondence;
- Coordinating the correspondence to/from different stakeholders, namely: 1). IPB Board of Trustees; 2). Academic Senate; 3). Academic Senate;
- Taking responsibility for filling systems of the Bureau of Secretariat of Rector; and
- Developing and overseeing the correspondence and filing systems that ensure the University complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
