Ir. Rita Komalasari from Library and Kosasih from the Directorate of Property and Facilities IPB were elected as the Smile Representative in the " Training on Communication Techniques and Leadership Based on Understanding  of Subordinates’ Working Behaviors ", Tuesday (18 / 1) at the Auditorium Toyib Hadiwijaya, Darmaga Campus of IPB Bogor.

The activity was  a continued training organized by the Directorate of Human Resources  IPB in collaboration with the Pumping Learning Center, an institution of human resources development based on talent, competence and spirituality. The training was attended by IPB officials at the level of Section Chief, Head of Division and the Head of Administration.

In her introductory speech, Director of IPB Human Resources, Erlin Trisyulianti, S. TP, M.Sc., expects that the participants will implement the training results in their respective work units. "After this, I hope you (ladies and gentlemen) would not be upset anymore with the subordinates who do not fit with their fields of work, because every person has a different talent. Therefore, through this training you will be given some knowledge of how to identify the types of subordinates, ranging from their characters, behaviors, learning style to mindset," explained the Director of Human Resources.

The Master Trainer of Pumping,Tengku Ramli Amir, accompanied by Pumping trainer Romli Eko Wahyudi, at the beginning of training invited participants to perform the activities of 3S: smile, spirit and Salam (greeting). These three acts, according to the Pumping trainer, are a must for a leader. "If we neither smile at subordinates, nor give spirit or encouragement and greetings, how can we lead them?" said the pumping trainer, Romli. (mtd)
