First Day of UTBK-SNBT at IPB University, Nearly 1.700 Participants Take the Exam Each Day

The first day of the Computer-Based Written Examination-National Selection Based Test (UTBK-SNBT) went well and orderly. 

At 05.00 WIB, the participants of the morning session began to crowd the exam location at IPB Dramaga Campus. The same situation was also seen at the IPB Vocational School Campus located in Cilibende, Bogor City.

A total of 17.969 participants will take the UTBK-SNBT in 2025 at IPB University. Unlike last year, this year’s UTBK only takes place in one wave, which is for 11 days from April 23 to May 4, 2025.

There are two sessions per day (morning and afternoon), almost 1.700 participants will take the exam every day at IPB University or more than 800 participants per session.

Vice Rector for Education and Student Affairs of IPB University who is also the Chairperson of the UTBK-SNBT Center of IPB University, Prof Deni Noviana said, IPB University provides a total of 900 computers in 27 rooms for UTBK in five faculty clusters and schools in the IPB University environment.

Specifically at the Dramaga campus, IPB University provided 10 units of buses to assist the mobility of participants. The bus fleet is operated according to the exam schedule as a transportation facility for participants.

Since long before the exam was held, the UTBK-SNBT IPB University committee had installed floor plans and directions to each exam room. This is to make it easier for participants to find their respective exam locations.

To fill the time of parents and companions while participants take the exam, IPB University also offers a campus tour program to enjoy the green atmosphere on the Dramaga campus. This service can be followed by companions and participants for free during the implementation of UTBK-SNBT. (dr) (IAAS/ASY)
