IPB University Distributes 5.240 Hari Raya Gifts

IPB University distributed 5.240 Hari Raya Gifts (BHR) to employees, consisting of civil servants (PNS), permanent non-civil servants, contract employees, and casual daily workers (THL)/contract units. The distribution of BHR in 2025 took place at Gymnasium, Campus of IPB Dramaga, Bogor (19/3).

This year, IPB University prepared a BHR package consisting of 10 products, namely beef (1 kg), beef liver (0,5 kg), chicken carcass (2 tails), red tilapia (1 kg), shrimp (0,5 kg), premium rice (2 kg), cooking oil (1 liter), sugar (1 kg), syrup (1 bottle), and wheat flour (1 kg).

Vice Rector of IPB University in the field of Resource Resilience and Infrastructure, Dr Alim Setiawan Slamet, said that IPB University remains committed to fulfilling employee welfare even in the midst of efficiency.

“Alhamdulillah, this BHR package is not affected by efficiency. Efficiency should not interfere with educational process activities and should not interfere with employee welfare,” he said.

In addition, he continued, this year IPB University also provides opportunities for employees who want to go home early through the work from anywhere (WFA) and work from home (WFH) work systems.

Dr Heti Mulyati, Director of Human Resources of IPB University said, the provision of BHR is a routine activity as a form of institutional appreciation for employees who have been supporting IPB University to always excel.

“For this year, there is an increase in the weight of beef which was previously 0,75 kg now becomes 1 kg. This year also the number of BHR packages increased by 0,8 percent, which became 5.240 packages,” she explained. (IAAS/LAN)
