IPB University Submits Decree on Appointment of 121 CPNS Lecturers and 17 PPPK, Rector: Be a ‘Mandatory’ Employee
The Directorate of Human Resources (HR) of IPB University submitted a Decree (SK) for the Appointment of Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) and Government Employees with a Work Contract (PPPK) formation in 2023. The decision letter was given to 121 CPNS lecturers and 17 PPPK IPB University during the handover ceremony at the Andi Hakim Nasoetion Auditorium, IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor (8/9).
The Rector of IPB University, Prof Arif Satria, congratulated the CPNS lecturers and PPPK. “Welcome to IPB University. Hopefully it can give the best and provide benefits for others,” he said.
In his speech, he asked that the CPNS lecturers and PPPK IPB University be able to become ‘mandatory employees’. That is, employees who always give benefits and good impacts for their surroundings.
“Be a ‘mandatory employee’ whose presence is always awaited by colleagues or students,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Director of Human Resources of IPB University, Dr Heti Mulyati, in her report said, the formations approved by the Directorate General of Higher Education (Ditjen Dikti), the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), the Ministry of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpanrb) and the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) are 156 formations. The number consists of 137 formations for CPNS lecturers and 19 PPPK.
“In September, as many as 636 prospective participants took part in the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) then passed as many as 339 people and proceeded to the Field Competency Selection (SKB) stage for CPNS lecturers. This SKB is assessed by the deans, deputy deans, and department heads. From the SKB score, those who passed CPNS in January were 121 CPNS lecturers and 17 PPPK people”, she said.
