Maintaining the Quality of Education, IPB University’s Agromaritime Logistics Master Program is Ready for Reaccreditation
IPB University received a visit from an assessor from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) in the context of a field assessment of the Agromaritime Logistics Master Study Program (Prodi). This study program is under the auspices of the Graduate School (SPs) of IPB University.
Dr Daduk Setyohadi from Brawijaya University and Dr Taufiqur Rahman from Hasanuddin University were assigned as National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) assessors to conduct a field assessment for IPB University’s Agromaritime Logistics Master Program.
“We will try our best to be field assessors for the reaccreditation of the Agro Maritime Logistics Master Program and check the data that has been provided by IPB University,” Dr Daduk Setyohadi as BAN-PT assessor assigned to IPB University.
“We hope the assessment can be completed quickly. We will come to SPs and be dynamic there and assess things that happen in the field,” he continued.
Vice Rector of IPB University for Education and Student Affairs, Prof Deni Noviana in the meeting also hoped that with this reaccreditation effort, study programs at IPB University, especially the Agromaritime Logistics Master Program, could be even better in quality.
“We hope that the presence of the assessors from BAN-PT can help IPB University in the context of the reaccreditation of the Agromaritime Logistics Master Program. Hopefully after the reaccreditation, SPs IPB University can maintain the quality and even improve the quality.
He added, the Dean of SPs will assist National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT) assessors in preparing file verification for the reaccreditation of IPB University’s Agromaritime Logistics Study Program. In addition, this external assessment will be an indicator for the institution to continue to maintain the quality of education at the Graduate School of IPB University. (Frans/Rz) (IAAS/HLF)
