Entering IPB University With BUD Scholarship: Golden Opportunity with Scholarships for Regional Men and Women
In addition to national and independent selection ways, IPB University also provides special entry routes for regional men and women through the Regional Envoy Scholarship (BUD) program. With this scholarship, the door to quality higher education is increasingly wide open for SMA/MA/SMK students who have big dreams.
BUD is a selection pathway for IPB University’s freshman every year that is recommended and financed by the central government, local government, companies or private institutions. Graduates from this program are expected to return to the region to build their place of origin.
Registration and Requirements
BUD selection registration is carried out institutionally (not individuals) by partners or prospective funders (Central Government/Regional Government/Company/BUMN/Institution/Foundation). Registration is done online through the bud.admisi.ipb.ac.id page and is open until June 9, 2024.
Some of the requirements that must be considered by prospective students who will apply through this scholarship are:
Not more than 25 years old
Have a minimum SMA/MA/SMK report card score of 70.00 for the first 5 semesters
Physical and spiritual health

Willing to live in PPKU IPB Dormitory in the first year
Selection Process
The process for obtaining a Regional Envoy Scholarship involves the active role of funder partners and applicant students. Starting from filling in the scholarship commitment data by partners, to the uploading of report cards and biodata by applicant students.
The screening and selection stage of prospective BUD students is carried out by funding partners. Good collaboration between partners and students is the key to success in ensuring the selection process runs smoothly. The final selection and announcement of the selection results will be carried out by IPB University
Opportunity to Build the Future
The Regional Envoy Scholarship is not just financial assistance to pursue higher education and obtain a bachelor’s degree, but also an opportunity to bring positive changes to the area of origin.
With the knowledge and experience gained from IPB University, scholarship recipients are expected to return and participate in the development of their area.
