Registration for IPB University’s International Class is Now Open, Featuring 12 Selective Programs

As a distinguished educational institution in Indonesia, IPB University extends an invitation to prospective students both domestically (Indonesian citizens) and internationally (foreign citizens) to participate in the International Class programs.

There are 12 programs offered in the International Class: Smart Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, Food Technology, Agricultural Industrial Engineering, Business, Marine Science and Technology, Management, Agribusiness, Resource and Environmental Economics, Sharia Economics, Biology, and Chemistry. All instruction in the International Class will be conducted in English.

For Indonesian Participants (WNI):
There are two pathways for WNI applicants:

Academic Transcript Selection Path
Applicants are graduates of high school equivalent in 2024, either domestically or abroad. WNI graduates from foreign countries must have a National Student Identification Number (NISN) and equivalent academic transcripts.

Applicants must also possess an English proficiency certificate from official institutions such as Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) with Internet Based Test (iBT) scores of 72-86, TOEFL Institutional Testing Program (ITP) scores of 477-510, or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) scores of 4.0-5.0. Physical and mental health are also mandatory criteria for applicants in this pathway.

Registration for this pathway takes place from February 22 to May 6, 2024. The selection results announcement will be on May 27, 2024.

SM-IPB International Pathway
Under the Independent Admission Selection for IPB (SM-IPB) International, applicants are high school graduates from 2022, 2023, or 2024. Applicants will undergo an online exam covering Scholastic Ability Test with Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Additionally, applicants must upload TOEFL iBT certificates with scores of 72-86, TOEFL ITP with scores of 477-510, and IELTS with scores of 4.0-5.0.

Applicants can choose one or two study programs. If not accepted in both choices, IPB University may assign a program that meets the grade requirements.

Registration for this pathway is through the official IPB University registration page, open from May 6, 2024, to June 19, 2024. The exam will be conducted on June 30, 2024, with the results announced on July 9, 2024.
