IPB University Rector Inaugurates the Board of Fortendik IPB University Period 2023-2025
Rector of IPB University, Prof Arif Satria inaugurated the management of the IPB University Educational Personnel Forum (Fortendik) for the period 2023-2025. This activity was held at IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor, on Friday, 26/01.
Prof Arif Satria said Fortendik must carry out the vision as a partner of IPB University that supports the future human resource development plan. IPB University, said Rector, aspires to have education personnel (tendik) who are professional and in line with IPB’s vision and mission.
“Tendik is expected to be the main partner in the transformation of IPB University and can carry out the transformation process. IPB University is concerned to develop the career of tendik in the future,” he said.
Related to the welfare that will be obtained, health insurance has been provided for tendiks so that they are expected to get the best service at the hospital when seeking treatment. “IPB University’s remuneration system has also been doubled over the last five years,” he said.
Prof Arif continued, education will also be focussed with the provision of 800 education scholarships for tendik children starting from elementary school (SD) to senior high school (SMA). Plans for higher education scholarships will be discussed further.
“In addition to health insurance, we also pay attention to the food of tendiks. IPB University plans to build an employee canteen that provides friendly prices for tendiks,” he said.
Chairman of Fortendik IPB University for the period 2023-2025, Muhammad Isbayu, revealed that as a board he was committed to collaborating synergistically for the progress of IPB University and the welfare of tendik.
“We strive to create a mutually supportive environment, strive for tendiks to be actively involved in the development of IPB University programmes and ensure their effectiveness.
