Faculty of Human Ecology (Fema) IPB University routinely conducts Fema Berbagi activities every year. This activity is a fundraising and distribution activity aimed at improving the welfare of Fema IPB University students.

There are four Fema Berbagi activities, namely fundraising, Fema Sharing Food Ammunition, Fema Sharing Assistance Funds, and Fema Sharing Assistance for tuition fees (UKT / SPP).

Dean of Fema IPB University, Dr. Sofyan Sjaf explained, Fema Berbagi is a fundraising activity from companies, Fema IPB University residents, and outside parties.

“Furthermore, the funds obtained from these activities will be distributed through three activities. Such as Fema Berbagi Dana Bantuan will be distributed to students who experience misfortune and illness,” he said.

He continued, Fema Sharing UKT / SPP Assistance will be distributed to students who have difficulty paying UKT. The last activity is Fema Sharing Food Ammunition which is given to 100 active students regularly every two weeks on Friday.

“This Fema Berbagi activity is very useful. This activity is also an encouragement because students can get ammunition, incidentally I have received staple foods and have also received snacks such as bread and milk. Hopefully, the Fema Berbagi event can continue to exist, hopefully Fema will continue to progress,” said Dinda, a student of IPB University from the Department of Nutrition Science batch 58.

Fema Berbagi has proven to be very helpful for students who are experiencing financial constraints. Students feel helped by the existence of Fema Berbagi activities. Fema sharing food ammunition is a day that students always wait for. Not only for improving student welfare, but Fema Berbagi also can indirectly improve the relationship of Fema IPB University with outside parties and increase the cohesiveness and solidarity of Fema students.
