IPB University Vocational School Student Association Holds Closing of Village Community Empowerment Programme
The Village Community Empowerment Programme (P2MD) team of the Akmapesa IPB University Vocational School Student Association (Himavo) held a P2MD closing activity with the women of Jaya Bersama Group, Bantarjaya Village which was held at the IPB University Vocational School Campus on Saturday, 16/12.
This closing activity was carried out as the final activity of the entire series of empowerment in Bantarjaya Village which had been carried out for six months, from July to December.
The supervisor of P2MD Himavo Akmapesa, Ai Imas Faidoh Fatimah expressed her gratitude to the women of the Jaya Bersama group who were willing to be the subject of the village empowerment programme.
Meanwhile, the project leader of P2MD Himavo Akmapesa, Fatwa Guntur Ibra Bramastya said, “Thank you for the guidance of the lecturers who always help this empowerment activity from start to finish, as well as the women of the Jaya Bersama group who have participated in all activities very well,” he said.
Wati, one of the Jaya Bersama Group members, conveyed her impression while participating in this P2MD activity. “We feel very happy with this village empowerment, with this activity we can get new knowledge, namely pickled processing to financial records,” she said.
The head of the Jaya Bersama group, Husnul Khatimah also expressed her gratitude to the Himavo Akmapesa P2MD team for organising empowerment activities in Bantarjaya Village.
The series of activities continued with the presentation of the final report on the empowerment that had been carried out for six months in Bantarjaya Village, both in terms of the output of activities and the finances absorbed during the activity. (IAAS/RUM)
