IPB University Students Hold Forestry Counseling at Al-Madinah Cibinong IT High School

The counseling activity held by students of the Department of Forest Management, Faculty of Forestry and Environment (Fahutan) IPB University aims to improve students’ understanding related to the introduction of the Faculty as well as an explanation of forestry sustainability, forest resource management and environmental conservation.

Muhammad Syauqi Arrazy, a student of the Department of Forest Management as well as the head of the activity presented the material at the counseling activity.

“The counseling this time did not only focus on serious forestry material, but also presented a creative and interactive approach. The presentation of the material was also done using a light and humorous approach so that the message conveyed was easily understood by all participants,” said Syauqi.

He said that during the counseling activity, participants actively asked questions and expressed their opinions. The question and answer session aims to ensure participants’ understanding of the counseling material.

“It is hoped that participants can gain knowledge about the Faculty of Forestry and Environment of IPB University and the material explained can be the basis for participating in the preservation of forestry and the environment,” he said. (*/Lp) (IAAS/Ard)
