IPB University and PT Bank Mandiri Collaborate on Payroll Services for Non-PNS Employees

IPB University collaborates with PT Bank Mandiri regarding payroll services for non-PNS employees (permanent employees and contract employees). The signing of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) was carried out in the Chancellor’s Meeting Room 2, Rectorate Building, IPB Dramaga Campus, (28/12).

Dr Alim Setiawan Slamet, Vice Rector of IPB University for Resource Resilience and Infrastructure expressed his gratitude for the implementation of the MoU between IPB University and Bank Mandiri.

“Alhamdulillah, we have signed a cooperation agreement regarding payroll services for permanent and non-permanent employees of IPB University. This is the umpteenth collaboration that has been carried out. “We are committed to continuing to improve this cooperation in the future,” he said.

Not only that, Dr Alim added that collaboration can also be carried out in a wider scope, one of which is strengthening research to achieve IPB University’s vision towards a techno-sociopreneurial university. In this case, collaboration with Bank Mandiri is important as a partner in distributing research funds.

“This has been done previously for two years. This collaboration received a positive response because Bank Mandiri really made it easier and helped IPB University. “In the future, hopefully there will be more research funding for IPB University,” he said.

Apart from that, Dr. Alim mentioned other collaborations related to the entrepreneurship showcase which is a vehicle for supporting students to be creative in developing startups.

He also said that Bank Mandiri is the bank of choice for IPB University employees. Not a few IPB University employees choose Bank Mandiri as the bank for distributing employee remuneration.

“Bank Mandiri’s quality has been tested. There are 515 employees who choose Bank Mandiri, they are quite satisfied with the service. “Various products also really support improving welfare,” explained Dr Alim.

“We are very open to various collaborations that will be carried out. “We are also very grateful that financial conditions are getting better, so we need partners to be much stronger,” he added.

Appreciation was also conveyed by Hermawan Handoyo Widodo, Vice President of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. According to him, Bank Mandiri and IPB University already have a closeness like family.
