IPB University Student Innovation Perfume, Enhancing Family Harmony
The collaboration of IPB University students has successfully created an innovative perfume product named ‘PURPLE.’ This product was developed through the Student Creativity Program in Entrepreneurship (PKM-K). Team leader Dewi Aurora Angelia explained that PURPLE was specifically created to enhance the harmony of couples in their families.
“This product combines two bottles of perfume with different scents in one box. This concept allows couples to have specific scents that suit their individual preferences, namely a special scent for men and a special scent for women,” Dewi explained when presenting the product at the IPB Innovation Expo, held recently at Botani Square Mall, Bogor.
Throughout the expo, visitors were able to try and experience the PURPLE scent directly. Dewi mentioned that the product received positive feedback from the visitors. Many of them felt that the fragrance of kenanga and nutmeg in PURPLE provided a sense of relaxation and romance, as well as enhancing feelings of happiness and comfort.
“We have proven that innovation can contribute positively to enriching life experiences, including personal relationships. This product is tangible evidence of how creative thinking and dedication can produce unique solutions to enhance the harmony of couples,” she added.
In addition to Dewi, the PKM-K team consists of four other members, namely Erlina Tri Wulandari, Kharisma Rinandyta, Yulianita Nuraini, and Akbar Maulana. They were also supported by Dr Syafitri Hidayati as the supervising lecturer. (*/Rz) (IAAS/Hap)
