Training on Healthy Food Products, Retired IPB University Employees Join Healthy Food Bazaar
Paguyuban Pensiun Pegawai IPB University (P3IPB) held a Healthy Food Product Training with instructor Prof Fransiska Rungkat. The training was attended by 40 P3IPB members and administrators. Some of them already have food products ready to be commercialized.
The training was held in the Agrianita Room adjacent to the P3IPB Secretariat, IPB Dramaga Campus. The training was accompanied by guidance from Prof Fransiska on choosing ingredients and how to process products to become healthy food products. In addition, Prof. Fransiska also provided advice regarding the making of labels for products.
P3IPB members, participants of the Healthy Food Product Training practiced the material obtained by directly making healthy food products. The products were marketed at the Healthy Food Bazaar organized by the Study Program (Prodi) Master of Small and Medium Industrial Development, Graduate School of IPB University. The bazaar was part of the National Seminar on 'Potential and Opportunities for Healthy Food Small and Medium Industries Based on Local Raw Materials in Supporting Indonesia Emas 2045' held at IPB Baranangsiang Campus, some time ago.
