Do.Tani is a digital one stop solution for pests and plant diseases. In the Do.Tani platform, three services are offered at the same time, namely identification of pests and plant diseases, pesticide recommendations, and pesticide sales.

"This platform is projected for four market segments, namely conventional farmers, estate or corporate farmers, hobbyists and urban farmers. Not solely to make a profit, this agritechsociopreneur-based business has a mission to contribute to green agriculture that is environmentally friendly, so that in each service the mission is inserted. "Pest and disease identification services consist of two types, namely using image recognition in applications and through laboratory tests brokered by Do.Tani," said Khofifah.

The results of this identification are the identity of pests or diseases, various handling methods, and prevention. The recommendation service is the second stage, in which several pesticide recommendations are given by emphasizing the recommendation of natural or biological pesticides and recommendations for the use of precision chemical pesticides by providing a pesticide calculator.

The third service is the sale of pesticides which provides a wide selection of chemical and natural pesticides with a delivery message feature. Compared to similar applications that only have one of these three services, Do.Tani innovates by combining all three in one place into a practical and synchronous one stop solution.

"In addition, in Do.Tani there are three additional features. First is the appearance of local languages to facilitate users on agricultural terms that vary in local languages. Second is paylater payment, which is an offer of installment assistance from Do.Tani to facilitate users who are experiencing financial difficulties. Third is payment of farmer joint ventures that facilitate collective purchases from farmer groups or other communities. With this strategy, it is expected that Do.Tani can answer the problem of pests and plant diseases and have a broad impact, "he added.

During the competition, various analyzes were carried out, such as Business Model Canvas, Scenario Planning, and Blue Ocean Strategy. (NR)
