IPB University Holds Training of Online Learning Trainer for Lecturers
Deputy Rector for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Ir. Drajat Martianto, M.Sc opened IPB University Online Learning of Trainers (TOT) through Blended Learning with Educational Perspective 4.0 which was attended by 40 lecturers, on May 20-21 2019 at Swiss-Belhotel, Bogor.

In order to implement the program, the Directorate of Program Development and Educational Technology (Dit. According to Dr. The TOT degree was held to socialize the series of Semester Learning Plans (RPS), Online Learning Plans (RPD) and Compact Materials Design as instructional materials that are fit to be uploaded to NewLMS and update lecturers' skills in compiling RPS in the context of achieving Learning Outcome, integration new literacy, and digital learning. "In addition, updating the skills of lecturers in preparing RPD integrated RPS in the context of achievement of Learning Outcomes through blended learning. TOT is also to update lecturers' skills in online learning techniques, especially in increasing the variety and use of moodle features onnewlms.ipb.ac.id. The output of this activity is expected to increase the number of trained and skilled lecturers in compiling RPS in the context of achieving Learning Outcomes, integration of new literacy and digital learning, skilled in developing RPD in the context of Learning Outcome outcomes through blended learning, a compact increase in the number of instructional blended learning materials uploaded in the New LMS system and increased number of trained lecturers and updated in online learning techniques through blended learning.
