Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) strengthened once again its academic collaboration with Saga University, Japan. The partnership was marked by courtesy visit by Rector of Saga University—Prof. Kohji Miyazaki and delegations to IPB on last February 15th, 2019 in IPB Dramaga Campus, Bogor. IPB delightfully welcomed the collaboration with Saga University, especially in the field of student exchange and the procurement of a double degree program between IPB and Saga University. The strengthening of the current collaboration is focused on cooperation in the academic field. Some agreements discussed included teacher and student exchanges, joint research, publications, and symposiums. On the same occasion was also discussed the plan to develop cooperation in the field of veterinary medicine. Regarding the student exchange program, a discussion session was conducted directly by Ms. Kanami Yamada, International Coordination, Center for Promotion of International Exchange, Saga University, and Mr. Daisuke Izumo, Officer at the International Affairs Division, Academic Research Cooperation, Saga University.
