Rector of IPB University Inaugurates 22 Functional Lecturers and Officers

Rector of IPB University, Prof. Dr. Arif Satria appointed 22 people to become Assistant Lecturers and Laboratory Staff Functional Officials. The Inauguration was held at IPB International Convention Center, Bogor (12/27). In his remarks Prof. Arif congratulated the lecturers and educational staff on the appointed functional positions.

On this occasion Prof. Arif also conveyed the importance of efforts to continue to encourage Human Capital Engagement in 2020. Lecturers and Education Personnel (Tendik) must understand the dynamics and developments that occur”. Continue to look at what is currently being processed or done at IPB University level to respond to changes. Lecturers and Tendik must focus on their respective assignments.

There are currently various things happening in the world of education such as the process of curriculum reform, changes in learning methods, as well as various changes in variables to determine graduation. Explained the Chancellor. The Chancellor hopes that lecturers will be involved in the process of curriculum change to develop new present the era of Human Capital Engagement so it must follow the dynamics of change at IPB
University. Lecturers must start preparing themselves, there must be dreams. This dream can be offered to institutions. We already have an Agromaritim Road Map that must be implemented and must follow
the dynamics around our society. In the year of Human Capital Engagement, it is expected that competent lecturers will face 4.0. Likewise with education personnel, it is important to understand their functions in the industrial era 4.0. A librarian with a librarian 4.0, public relations institutions with public relations 4.0.
