Push Teaching Staff’s Achievement, Department of Computer Science FMIPA IPB Held AMT

Approaching 2019, Department of Computer Science Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) organized the event of Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) for teaching staff (tendik) which was held at Grafika Cikole, Bandung (1-2/12). AMT is a training program to for self development in terms of improving achievement motivation of its participants.

“So, what is developed by AMT is motivation to achieve for teaching staff of Department of Computer Science IPB,” conveyed Head of Department of Computer Science FMIPA IPB, Prof. Dr. Ir. Agus Buono, MSi, Mkom.

According to him, in facing industry 4.0 era, there will be many challenges have to face with especially how all teaching staff must be proactive with technology advancement, so this training was directed so as all teaching staff can be motivated to always learn and to be succeed.

This AMT activity intended not to judge its participants’ personality, but rather to help developing achievement motives. The achievement motives that is developed by AMT is a push within someone’s self which make him/her proactively seeks satisfaction through accomplishment effort that is prestigious. (qa)
