IPB Dramaga Pratama Outpatient Clinic Receives BPJS Patients
To give better and wider services to students, lecturers, staffs, the family of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), and the surrounding society, IPB Policlinic changed its name to Pratama Outpatient Clinic, IPB Dramaga Street. This change was based on Operational Licence No. 445.5/IOK/00019/DPMPTSP/2018.
Pratama Outpatient Clinic IPB Dramaga Street offers general poly and dental poly services. The general poly service is open every Monday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm WIB (two shifts) and Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm (one shift). The dental poly is open every Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm (one shift). The clinic also has laboratory and midwife.
“Currently, IPB Health Unit has maintained partnership with Health Body of Social Assurance (BPJS) by appointing Outpatient Clinic IPB Dramaga Street as Level 1 Health Facility,” said Vice Head Unit of Health/Person in Charge of IPB Dramaga Street Pratama Outpatient Clinic, drg. Titik Nurhayati.
The change was done so all people in IPB along with their families can move the BPJS Health Facility to IPB Dramaga Clinic, thus they would get maximum benefit of Health BPJS service.
According to her, the socialization of BPJS Health Facility in IPB Dramaga Clinic is still ongoing to ensure that all IPB civitas and the families could easily move its health facility choice to IPB. The shifting of health facility can be done in the nearest BPJS office, in Outpatient Clinic IPB Dramaga Street or through mobile application Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) that can be downloaded in Playstore or Appstore. Outpatient Clinic IPB Dramaga Street is one of the work units supporting the academics of IPB.
One of the main tasks of clinic management is to give health services according to the health services quality standard, which is consistent and sustainable, so every customer can be satisfied and can create a health development program that is sustainable. (CN)
