SEAFAST CENTER Conducts Training of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Diversification in Bogor


Seafast Center Research and Community Services IPB in collaboration with Official of Cooperation, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise held Training of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Diversification in Bogor.

This event was held on Cipayung Asri Hotel, start from 14 to 15 may 2018, regularly every year.

On that Occasion, Seafast Center Researcher and lecturer from Fepartment of Food Sciences and Technology, Dr. Tjahja Muhandri Presented the “Procedure in Making Bread and Asinan Bogor in a Cup”. Meanwhile the other researcher, Ir. Sutrisno Koswara, MSi presented “Label and Design BimtekPackaging and Fungus Processing and Fruit Processing Innovation”. The next was practice to Make Asinan Bogor in a cup and Fungus canning that was held by Pilot Plan SEAFAST CENTER, and Bread Making process that was guided by Denny Agustin, STP.

Participant was divided into 3 groups. Besides they were guided by interviewees, they were also guided by Seafast center technicians, Junaedi and Deni Suhendro in the fungus canning and asinan in a cup making Process. Evaluation Results that participant needs more training like this with much practice time. (JZF)
