The Visit of MKDU UniversitasPendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Bandung

Unit of General Basic Courses, UniversitasPendidikan Indonesia (MKDU-UPI)  made official visit to Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), on Tuesday, 24 September 2013. The UPI team was officially welcome by Chairman of MKDU-IPB, Mr.FurqanSyariefHidayatulloh, S.Ag.,M.Pd.I at Senate Meeting Room, Campus Dramga.

 

In his welcome remarks, Mr.Furqan, warmly welcome the team to Campus IPB. "We are very pleased to receive all of you. Hopefully, this opportunity will enable to strengthen the relationships between UPI and IPB, "he said. Further, he explained that currently the status of MKDU IPB is in transition period due to the reorganization structure. In the future, the 5 (five) unitsof MKDU IPB, namelyIndonesian, English, Islamic Studies, Citizenship, Sports and the Arts, will be attached to the related Departments. 

 

Chairman of MKDU UPI, Sutiana,in his remarks stated the objectives of the visit to  IPB. In addition learn more about IPB, the team would like know detail information on the activities of MKDU IPB. Further, he informed that at present, MKDU UPI has 63  (sixty three) faculty members. Five out of them are professors. With regard to the organizational structures, MKDU UPI has been attached into one of the Faculty. Currently, MKDU UPI  opensIslamic Studies for the Graduate  Studies Program.(Wied).
