Seven officials of Bogor Agricultural University were Elected

Dramaga, Bogor. Rector of Bogor Agricultural University, Prof. Dr. Ir. Herry Suhardiyanto, M. Sc., inaugurated seven officials of the University, on Monday, 22 November 2011, at Andi Hakim  Nasoetion Building, Dramaga Campus, Bogor.

Those who had been inducted were  Dr. Drh. Srihadi Agung Priyono, M.Sc. (Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine), Prof. Dr. Ir. Indra Jaya, M.Sc., (Dean of Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences), Dr.Ir. Luki Abdullah, M.Sc. Agr., (Dean of Faculty of Animal Husbandry), Dr.Ir. Sam Herodian, MS., (Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology), Dr. Ir Sri Nurdiati, M.Sc., (Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science), Dr. Ir. Ferries Kusnandar, M.Sc. (Chairman of the Food Science and Technology of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology), and Dr. Akhiruddin, S. Si, M.Si (Chairman of  Department  of Physics of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science)

In his remarks, Rector stated that deans who had been inaugurated  recently they have to coordinate  academic activities, as well as  to conduct quality assurance of education both at the faculty level, to supervise the implementation of jobs and tasks in the academic program and student affairs, fostering good communication  between education personnel in the faculty, developing relationships and good cooperation with the alumni as well as maintaining good order and security in the faculty.

I urge the new officials who had been sworn in and also who have been assuming their mandate, to continue to develop servant leadership. Be officers who will  serve not the officials who will be served, "he said. (Wied).
