Although they live near by the campus of Bogor Agricultural University, but still they are in the marginal areas of Bogor. It was informed that the current population of Bogor District is 4.7 (four million and seven hundred thousand) million, 30 (thirty) percent out of them are under the poor category, and they live in the outskirts. This situations cause their low level of education, which affects the difficulty in accepting the technology transfer. These different characters, require different handling for women entrepreneurs on home industry in these areas, " stated Ms. Ratu Nailamuna
As explained by the Chairman of IWAPI Bogor Regency, as well as other participants who gave similar statement, Dr. Titik emphatically stated that both regions have their own characteristics, thus, they could not be generalized. "We agree that the South Jakarta district, could not be compared to Bogor Regency. Therefore, detailed recommendations was made for both areas, to enable each region to implement it, "said Dr. Titik.
