Training Course on Excellent Service
Directorate of Human Resources of Bogor Agricultural University, held Excellent Service Training for staff of all the secretariat under the University, on Thursday, 11 November 2010, at Campus Darmaga. "Full Service or sincere service must be implemented and must be nejoyed by others and our customers," said the Director of Berlian Tourism Institute, Budi Berlian.
The more we serve, the higher the quality of our life we have and it will make us happier. The more we satisfy our customers, it will make our work environment more comfortable, that cause the improvement of our reputation, position, finally will be benefitial as will cause the increament of income and welfares.
One form of wholeheartedly service is smiling for customers. "Why do we have to smile? When we smile as many as 14 (fouteen) muscles work together and only 1 total energy will be produced, whereas if we sullen, as many as 64 type of muscles work that produces 5 energies. Smile will show that you work professionally, you will look so sweet and attractive. Meanwhile, when you are frowning, you will be very ugly and scary, is not serious and not reliable, "
Effective smile comes from sincerity of heart, bright eyes and a grin. A smile should not be a burden, but it should reduce the workloads that cause you stay young and attractive
