Pra Dana Diefa Won Dangdut Singing Contest at the Pontianak National Student Art Week

Pra Dana Diefa the student of Communication Field of Study of Diploma Program – Bogor Agricultural University, has successfully won the first winner for  Dangdut Singing Contest  of  the male student category, at the X  National  Student Art Week 2010 in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. He sucessfuly competed with  22 participants from  other provinces.

Around 1000 participants from 30 provinces have participated the biennial event which lasted for five days, on 24-29 July 2010. The university level event which is carried out for  the development of talents and interests in  arts has devided into 16 (sixteen) categories, among others, dancing, vocal group, poetry reading, monologues drama, and short films. A list of  musicians and national actors were selected as the jury for these events. The lists included;  Nungki Kusumastuti, Sam Bimbo, James F. Sondah, Jose Rizal Menua. Raina Riantiarno, Oscar Matulloh, Nano Riantiarno, and Naniek L Karim.  (Wied)
