This calculation system is an innovation developed to simplify the process of salary management of assistants/money paid to students for practical activities, which previously was done manually. This simple calculation system has been implemented since 2017.

Simple and Accountable Business Travel System (SAS Perjadin), is a data processing innovation that was first made to simplify the financial accountability process that has so far been done manually. SAS Perjadin has been implemented by the Directorate of Human Resources of IPB University since May 2018.

Excellence in innovation :

  • No layout is needed each time the Official Travel Order (SPPD) and its receipts are made.
  • Data is stored properly without having to consume a lot of storage memory.
  • If the activities are at the same time, the sentences just have to be copied and pasted from the previous record, only change in the recipient's name is needed.
  • Minimizing word errors in SPPD and receipts.
  • SPPD and receipts can be modified for various types of official travel.
  • Saving time to make SPPD and receipts.
  • No duplication occurs with food allowance.
