Follow the Route Guide to UTBK Location at IPB University, Don’t Be Late and Take the Wrong Route

The implementation of the Computer-Based Written Test (UTBK) will begin soon. The participants are expected to prepare themselves as well as possible. One important thing that needs to be taken into account is the estimated travel time to the exam location.

For information, IPB University has several campus locations. This year, the UTBK implementation is centered in two locations, namely Dramaga Campus and Vocational School Campus.

Route to IPB Dramaga Campus

IPB Dramaga Campus is located in Dramaga District, Bogor Regency. If you conduct your UTBK at this campus, you must prepare more time because the distance is quite far from the city center.

To enter IPB Dramaga Campus, there are two main accesses, namely through the front gate and the back gate. In this campus area, there is also an internal bus service that can be used to reach the exam location.

Using a Private Vehicle

1. From Jagorawi Direction

If you are coming from Jagorawi Toll Road, take the Bogor Outer Ring Road and exit at Jalan Soleh Iskandar. After crossing the flyover, take the left lane to enter Jalan Abdullah Bin Nuh. Continue traveling straight until the end of the road. After that, turn right at the T-junction to Jalan Raya Dramaga. Follow this road for about 10 km until you find IPB Campus on the right side of the road.

2. Through the City Center

The route you can take is through Jalan Pajajaran – Jalan Otto Iskandar – Jalan Ir. H. Juanda – Jalan Raya Gunung Batu – Jalan Letjen Ibrahim Adjie – then to Jalan Raya Dramaga. IPB Dramaga Campus is on the right side of the road.

3. From Parung

If you are coming from Parung, direct your vehicle to Jalan Semplak until you reach the red light intersection that intersects with Jalan Abdullah bin Nuh. Next, follow the same path as the route from Jagorawi.

As an alternative to avoid congestion on Jalan Raya Dramaga, you can enter the campus through the back door by taking the alternative route through Cifor and Situ Gede.

Using Public Transportation

1. From Baranangsiang Terminal

If your departure point is Baranangsiang Terminal, you can take a light green angkot with route 03/02 to Baranangsiang – Bubulak/Laladon. 

Get off at the last stop, Bubulak/Laladon Terminal. From there, continue the journey by taking blue angkot number 05 which leads to Ciampea or Leuwiliang until you arrive at IPB University.

As another option, you can also utilize the BisKita service. Take it from the Baranangsiang Terminal Bus Stop and get off at the Bubulak Bus Stop for Rp4.000 using a digital wallet. After arriving at Bubulak Bus Stop, the trip can be continued with blue angkot number 05 heading towards Ciampea/Leuwiliang to IPB University.

2. From Bogor Station

If you take the KRL and get off at Bogor Station, you can continue your journey by taking the light green angkot number 03/02, which goes from Baranangsiang to Bubulak/Laladon. 

Get off at Bubulak/Laladon Terminal, then take blue angkot number 05 heading towards Ciampea or Leuwiliang. This angkot will pass through the IPB Dramaga Campus area, and you can get off opposite.

Alternatively, you can use the BisKita service. Take it from Bogor Station Stop or Taman Topi Stop, then get off at Bubulak Stop with a fare of Rp4.000 paid via e-money. After that, continue the journey with blue angkot number 05 to Kampus Dalam, Ciampea, or Leuwiliang, until you reach IPB University.

Route to IPB Vocational School Cilibende Campus

IPB Cilibende Campus is located at Jalan Kumbang No.14, RT.02/RW.06, Babakan Village, Central Bogor District, Bogor City. The following is a route guide from several departure points to this location.

1. From Baranangsiang Terminal

 From Baranangsiang Terminal, you can take light green angkot number 09, Baranangsiang – Pasar Baru Bogor, and get off at Jalan Kumbang. After that, continue on foot to the campus.

Alternatively, you can use the BisKita service. Take it from Cidangiang Bus Stop, then get off at IPB MM Bus Stop with a fare of Rp4.000 paid via e-wallet.

2. From Bogor Station

If you arrive at Bogor Station by KRL, you can continue your journey by taking the light green angkot (public transportation) to Taman Pajajaran – Terminal Merdeka. Get off at Jalan Kumbang, then take a short walk to IPB Cilibende Campus.

3. From Bubulak Terminal

If you depart from Bubulak Terminal, you can take the BisKita bus route K1 and get off at the IPB MM bus stop for Rp4.000 using an e-money card. Alternatively, you can use the light green angkot number 03 with the route Cimahpar – Bogor Trade Mall, then get off at Jalan Kumbang and continue the journey on foot to the IPB Cilibende Vocational Campus.
