A Glance at Traineeship Opportunities in Germany and Denmark, IPB University and Bixter Socialise Global Career Opportunities

The Institute of Leadership and Executive Development (LKPE) IPB University in collaboration with Bixter held the socialisation of “Unlock Your Global Career: Traineeship Opportunities in Germany and Denmark with Bixter”. This event is an opportunity for IPB University alumni who want to start a global career abroad.

This activity is one of the efforts of LKPE IPB University to open career opportunities internationally for IPB University graduates. With more than 15 years of experience, this Danish company has been able to place more than 10,000 trainees throughout Europe, with several traineeship programs offered, including agriculture, livestock, food factories, hotels, and restaurants.

The Vice Chief of LKPE IPB University in the field of Certification and Competence, Dr Pria Sembada in his speech said, the potential for cooperation with Bixter is a very good opportunity. This is also an opportunity for IPB University graduates to try job opportunities globally.

“To be selected as a potential candidate, alumni need to prepare well, including diplomas and English transcripts as well as language skills, because the standards used are already international level,” he explained.

Furthermore, Ms Patrycja Staniszewska, Human Resources (HR) Manager Bixter explained the information and a comprehensive overview of the traineeship program to the required requirements. Patrycja said, the Bixter Training internship program has so far been operating in five countries (Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland).

“Many of the alumni of this activity get the opportunity and are recruited by the company, so they become permanent workers and settle in Europe. This is certainly another additional point that can be tried by IPB University alumni,” he added.

This activity is the first one carried out by LKPE IPB University with Bixter. This initial step is expected to strengthen the relationship between the academic world and the industrial world of IPB University with Europe.
