“The development of the Integrity Zone is basically to evaluate and improve the business processes that have been commonly carried out in the work unit, with reference to the six levers or areas of change. The ultimate goal is to improve services that are free from corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN), and truly have a serving spirit,” he said.

The Integrity Zone has six levers as indicators, namely change management, structuring governance, structuring the human resource management system (HR), strengthening performance accountability, strengthening supervision, and improving the quality of public services.

The Integrity Zone targets include a focus on preventing KKN through internal control and supervision of all risks of integrity deviations.
