The School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (SKHB) IPB University for the first time held an Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Competency Certification for educational staff (tendik) in the School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (SKHB) environment, recently. This activity was carried out for three days online and offline. This program was held in collaboration with the School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (SKHB) IPB University and PT Kandel Sekeco International.

A total of 32 School of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences (SKHB) IPB University tendiks participated in this competency certification. Deputy Dean of SKHB IPB University in the field of Resources, Cooperation and Development (SKP), Dr drh Andriyanto was present to directly open this event.

“Thank you to the participants who have participated in this competency certification. Hopefully what is obtained from this competency certification can be immediately applied in their respective divisions as an effort to prevent and control emergencies in the future, “said Dr Andriyanto.

This activity was divided into two sessions. On the first and second days, materials related to General Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) were delivered online to the participants. The first agenda of competency certification was filled with the delivery of material on General General Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) delivered directly by Daniel Stefanus, one of the speakers presented by PT Kandel Sekeco International. Tania Stephanie Rahendra from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) was also present as a speaker.

After the presentation of the material, the activities were filled with discussions, making assignments, presentations, and direct practice in groups. Participants presented and discussed the results of field practice in groups. On the last day, there was a presentation of material on filling out essay exams and interview sessions by assessors, namely Daniel Stefanus and Tania Stephanie Rahendra from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), before ending with closing.
