DPMA IPB University Social Entrepreneurship Supervisor, M Isbayu, in his speech emphasised the importance of applying digital technology in modern agriculture to increase efficiency and productivity.
“We hope that the CEO School participants can apply the knowledge gained today, so that they can become pioneers in the digital transformation of the agriculture and fisheries sector in Indonesia,” said Isbayu.
In addition, the event was also filled with discussion and Q&A sessions. Participants could exchange ideas and experiences about the challenges and opportunities in implementing digital farming. Visits to various facilities at ATP, including greenhouses and digital farming laboratories, provided practical insights into how technology can be integrated in agricultural processes.
With this event, DPMA IPB University hopes to produce CEOs who not only have good managerial skills, but also have a deep understanding of technology and innovation in the agromaritime sector. Hopefully, activities like this can continue and make a real contribution to the development of the agriculture and fisheries sector in Indonesia. (*/Rz) (IAAS/RUM)
