Strengthening Impact on Health, IPB Training Collaborates with Cibinong Regional General Hospital (RSUD Cibinong)

IPB Training established a research, innovation and training collaboration with the Cibinong Regional General Hospital (RSUD). This was carried out to coincide with the launching of the superior programme and innovation of Cibinong Regional Hospital at Pangrango Ballroom, Harris Hotel Cibinong City Mall recently.

Director of IPB Training, Muhammad Sigit Susanto, MM CPC said, “Through this collaboration programme, Cibinong Hospital together with IPB Training in the future is expected to play a role in providing non-formal education programmes which are part of continuing education for doctors, paramedics and professionals in the nutrition installation.”

The kick off of this collaboration was marked by the signing of a cooperation agreement (PKS) between RSUD Cibinong and IPB Training. This cooperation agreement is the basis for the implementation of various training programmes and the development of human resource expertise (HR) in the medical field and health workers both regularly and tailormade programmes.

“RSUD Cibinong as a referral and mainstay hospital in Bogor Regency as well as an educational hospital for the Faculty of Medicine of IPB University certainly has a strategic role in providing quality medical and health personnel,” said Sigit.

Currently, RSUD Cibinong is in the process of obtaining accreditation from the Ministry of Health so that it can meet the requirements as an institution that organises training for medical and health personnel. Meanwhile, with its long experience in training and human resource development, IPB Training will support the business process of managing these training programmes.

“It is hoped that through the collaboration, the aspired programmes will be implemented so as to bring good impact to the community in general, as well as the world of health in particular,” he said. (IAAS/RUM)
