IPB Universit’s Alumni Association Distributes Golden Ticket to Enter IPB University on Future Agile Leadership Program Batch 3

Alumni Association (HA) of IPB University held a Future Agile Leadership Program (FALP) which started in September 2023, currently the program has reached the Leadership Camp stage which was held on 25-27/1.

This Leadership Camp was held with an aim of adding insight and understanding of participants about IPB University, a strong understanding about study programs, faculty and campus facilities, understanding student’s life outside of academic activities, making participants aware of innovations in learning and technology applied on campus and so on.

Chairman of the Central Leadership Council (DPP) of Alumni Association at IPB University, Walneg S Jas said, “When the golden indonesian era, there are 70 percent of indonesian population that is productive, then we need many leaders who have an ideal character that must be prepared from an early age to become leaders in indonesia at the time of 2045,” said Walneg.

Walneg then continued, the participants in the Leadership Camp activity there 50 peoples were selected from the chairman of student council from every high school or other organizations at high school level who had gone through several series of selections in the Future Agile Leader Program (FALP) previously. The selections that have been passed include webinars, mentoring, social project and leader camps.

Alif, the Chief Executive of Future Agile Leader Program (FALP) from Batch 3 said that the golden ticket to IPB University was achieved by 18 finalists who had gone through every selection of FALP Batch 3 series. FALP participants consist of the core management of school organization at Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) equivalent degree throughout Indonesia. The golden ticket announcement was held at the IPB University International Convention Center, Bogor on 27/1.

“Alhamdulillah, every participant showed their enthusiasm and it shows how optimistic they are towards realizing the ideals and goals of Indonesia gold 2045 which will be well faced. This is our commitment as IPB University alumni who will continue to accelerate leadership through this Future Agile Leader Program. We hope that this can be an example of leadership incubation for all youths throughout Indonesia,” said Alif.

Latif Hidayatul Ikhsan, Coordinating Minister (Menko) of Community service of Student Executive Board and Family Student (BEM KM) from IPB University who is also one of the FALP social project judges, said that there are 50 FALP participants have an adaptive spirit to the environment and also they are sensitive to something that can be a good leader for the future.
