IPB University Postgraduate Students Conduct Field Project Research to Baduy Tribe
A total of 26 students of the IPB University Postgraduate Student Forum (Wacana) Integrity Cabinet conducted Field Project Research activities to the Baduy tribe. This activity was welcomed by the people of the Outer Baduy tribe and the Inner Baduy tribe and accompanied by the Jejak Baduy team, an agent of the Baduy cultural trip provider.
“The preservation of culture and customs here is still very strong, so there are many valuable lessons in life,” said Akram Musthafa, one of the students participating in the activity. He also received a message from the head of the group that the Baduy community has a variety of customary rules that really need to be considered.
Jejak Baduy, as an activity partner, expressed its readiness to help accompany the journey of IPB University Postgraduate students during the activity. “We will provide the best experience in accompanying the journey of friends from IPB University,” said Kang Dedy, Leader Guide of Jejak Baduy.
On this occasion, Elviandri as the Chairperson of the IPB University Discourse Community Development Forum said that his party was very open to collaborating with various parties. This collaboration will be adjusted to the implementation of the tri dharma of higher education, namely the fields of education, research and community service. (IAAS/RUM)
