The Rector of IPB University, Prof Arif Satria said that almost 10 percent of IPB University students came from the OSIS chairman. He stated this in the IPB OSIS Fest 2023 Inspiring Webinar (23/7).

"Leaders in the digital era must have adaptive abilities in dealing with rapid changes and have skills that are relevant to the demands of the digital era," he explained.

Next, business skills, which include effective business operations and management. In addition, interpersonal skills, which involve the ability to negotiate well. And what is no less important is a strategic skill, namely the power of a leader who has a vision for the future and is able to take strategic steps.
