Main Task
The Quality Management Office (KMM) was established in 2008 under the direction of IPB Rector Herry Suhardiyanto. In the previous year, KMM was part of the Administration and Educational Quality Assurance (AJMP), which was later divided into two separate entities: KMM and the Directorate of Academic Administration (Dit. AP). The establishment of this office was in response to national requirements as mandated by UU No. 12 of 2005 on the National Education System.
The Quality Management Office (KMM) is a working unit under the responsibility of the Institute Secretary. KMM is responsible with technical and administrative duties related to the process of Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement (PPEPP) in the academic field, encompassing education, research, and community service, in accordance with established quality standards. As the implementing body for quality assurance at IPB, KMM strives to organize and enhance the existing quality assurance system to contribute to the continuous improvement of education quality at IPB.
