Four more Courses of Study of IPB will Earn Its International Accreditation

Fourteen Courses of Study of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) had successfully obtained the accreditation by international accrediting agencies, ASEAN University Network Quality Assurance (AUN-QA).  This year another four more Courses of Study of the  leading  agricultural higher learning institution in Indonesia will gain accreditation from similar international accrediting agencies. AUN Quality Assurance Team was received by Rector of IPB at the Rector's Meeting Room of Dramaga Campus, Bogor, on Monday, 30 May 2017.

Rector of IPB, Prof. Dr. Herry Suhardiyanto, said that the stakeholders of universities, research institutions and industry are very important in managing resources for sustainable development. "High-quality human resources for university is a must," he said.

He stated to ensure quality of higher learning institutions, its high-quality systems and management must be continuously improved and follow the Global Education Standards. In conducting high quality education and development of bio-science and tropical technology, IPB will continue improving the quality of its management system.

"Therefore, we are pleased to welcome AUN-QA Quality Assurance Team to conduct a quality assessment of our courses. After successfully assessing our 14 (fourteen) Courses Study, 82nd visit  of AUN-QA's will assess four more Courses of Study, namely: the Land Resource Management; the Biology; the Management, and the Resource and Environmental Economics, "said Rector. Up to now, 20 (twenty) Courses of Study under Bogor Agricultural University had been accredited internationally by various institutions.  (Wied)
