BIMAK IPB University Data Business Reconciliation
In order of Drafting of the Rector’s decision on the standard of Service Rates and Training of Academic Business Units (SUA) and Supporting Business Unit (SUP) in IPB University, Directorate of Business and Entrepreneurship Development held Data Reconciliation, Thursday, October 31 2019.
The program held in IPB International Convention Center (IICC), attended by many SUA and SUP manager IPB University.
Prof Dr Ir Erika B Laconi, MS as Vice Rector of Innovation, Business, and Entrepreneurship explained that SUA and SUP in IPB University needs to have standardization tariffs. This is because of the find by Audit Board of the Republic Indonesia (BPK) on business unit in IPB University.
Directorate of Business and Entrepreneurship Development now assigned to make a regulation. Previous days, the regulations about SUP and SUA is not much, for example there is not the regulation of standardization tariffs,” explained Prof Erika.
She next said that Board of Trustees (MWA) in the near future will see the income of SUA and SUP. Because of that, Prof Erika that is also professor in the Department of Nutrition and Feed Technology in IPB University appealed SUA and SUP still use the Rector’s bank account through each virtual accounts.
The same words by Dr rer nat Jaenal Effendi, MA, Director of Business and Entrepreneurship Development of IPB University. He said, SK Standardization of Tariffs is really needed so there is the rule of SUA and SUP application.
“This reconciliation is very important so that business governance in IPB can be standardized,” said the lecture of Sharia Economics Department of IPB University.
The plan is Rector’s Decree about Standardization of Tariffs in the future will be adjusted if there is the improvement in the field such as modernization of tools and developing analyst test.
In his last speech, Dr Jaenal also appealed that not registered SUA soon will be registered to Directorate of Business and Entrepreneurship Development then will be proposed as Rector’s Decree. (NR)
