Seminar on Key Performance Indicator with All Level of University Administrators

To monitor and evaluate the performance of Bogor Agricultural University employees up to the individual level, the Office of Internal Audit (KAI) organized Seminar on the Key Performance Indicators held in the  Meeting room of  Rector,  Darmaga Campus, on 19 January 2011. According to the Head of Internal Audit Office, Dr. Wonny Ahmad Ridwan, these assessment will be conducted to control University Work Programs activities based on Bogor Agricultural University Strategic Plan 2008-2013, whether they have achieved the expected goals correctly, correct number, correct cost and correct target.

"Administrators at all level  under the  Rectorate Office attended the Seminar for the directions and the explanation by the consultant of Resource Management School. Based on the balanced scorecard  made by  the University,   performance indicators up to individual  level will be created, "he said.

Further he stated, based on those individual performance indicator all staff  will be clearely assessed. Evaluation and feedback from the seminar, as well as the the individual performance policy  will be submitted to the Directorate of Human Resources for the  follow-up process. Whether the University will apply the reward and punishment policy,  the decision will be in the hands of the Directorate of Human Resources.

"At the moment, he pointed out at directions from the Rectorate point of  view, then the assessment will be applied at the the faculty level," he said. (Wied).
