Procurement Service Unit
Task
Holding the tasks of designing, implementing and providing services in the procurement of goods and services.
Functions:
- Planning and developing the procurement information systems of goods and services,
- Implementing the procurement of goods and services in accordance with the existing regulations,
- Facilitating the procurement of goods and services proposed by the working units,
- Maintaining the facilities and infrastructure of the units, and
- Implementing quality assurance in the procurement of goods and services.
Organization of Procurement Services Unit consists of:
- Head: Sutoyo, S.TP., M.Si
- Working Group for Goods Procurement and
- Working Group for Services Procurement.
