Procurement Service Unit

Task
Holding the tasks of designing, implementing and providing services in the procurement of goods and services.

Functions:

  1. Planning and developing the procurement information systems of goods and services,
  2. Implementing the procurement of goods and services in accordance with the existing regulations,
  3. Facilitating the procurement of goods and services proposed by the working units,
  4. Maintaining the facilities and infrastructure of the units, and
  5. Implementing quality assurance in the procurement of goods and services.

Organization of Procurement Services Unit consists of:

  1. Head: Sutoyo, S.TP., M.Si
  2. Working Group for Goods Procurement and
  3. Working Group for Services Procurement.
