Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Organising and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings for effective  meetings;
  2. Drafting official Rector’s communications and issuing writing reports of IPB;
  3. Setting Protocol and Community Relations  of the Executive Boards;
  4. Overall in-charge of agenda setting for effective flow of meeting for the University Executive Boards, and  facilitates communications to/from different stakeholders, namely: 1). IPB Board of Trustees; 2). Academic Senate; 3). Academic Senate; 4).  Government Agencies; and 5). General Public
  5. Issuing the Summary of Decisions of the Executive Boards of IPB; following up on actions from meetings
  6. Dealing with University’ correspondence;
  7. Coordinating the correspondence to/from different stakeholders, namely: 1). IPB Board of Trustees; 2). Academic Senate; 3). Academic Senate;
  8. Taking responsibility for filling systems of the Bureau of Secretariat of  Rector; and
  9. Developing and overseeing the correspondence and filing systems that ensure the University complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
