Recognition and Mentoring Program - Bogor Agricultural University (RAMP-IPB) in collaboration with the Universities and Councils Network for Innovation for Inclusive Development (UNIID-SEA) again did the advanced workshop to develop the right approach in order to reduce the chasm between the technological innovation and the provision of sustainable solutions for society. The advanced workshop titled ‘A Living Lab: Bringing Technological Innovations into Sustainable Solutions’ contained the brainstorming activity by the managers and the instigators of community development activity at IPB. Bogor Agricultural University (IPB) sends a delegation to the 23rd Harvard World Model of United Nations (HWMUN) 2014. HWMUN is a competition of simulated General Assembly of the United Nations (UN), held by Harvard University in collaboration with MUN Society Belgium in Brussels, Belgium. The event, held on 17-21 March 2014, involves more than 60 countries with various universities. In addition to sending a delegation to the diplomatic competition, IPB also sends a delegation to the 15th Geneva International Model of United Nations (GIMUN) 2014. GIMUN 2014 is a competition of the UN General Assembly held in cooperation with the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland on May 22 to 28 March 2014. The competition is followed by 250 participants selected from over 60 countries around the world.
